ONLINE RSD POLICIES
- For pick up please select the shop you will pick up from. You will get a pick up time at checkout and it is usually wrong. However, you will get a seperate email saying it is ready for you to pick up after you purchase!
- SELECT SHIPPING IF YOU NEED SHIPPED. If you need shipping and instead select pick up it will delay your order for up to 10 business days or more.
- If you select pick up and need shipping: REPLY TO YOUR RECEIPT ONLY. WE WILL GET TO THEM IN THE ORDER RECIEVED. This will delay your order up to five days.
- Pricing: We mark up our product 60% over our cost, IE if an album cost us $14 we will charge 22.99 for it.
- Any issues with your order please reply to your receipt. Only if you dont hear back email luke@vinylcup.com
- All orders will ship within 5 business days from when placed.
- We ship media mail which takes 2-12 business days after order ships.
- If you reply to your receipt and do not hear from us in 3 business days please email luke@vinylcup.com
- Absolutely no returns unless playback is affected. No returns on creased corners, shelf wear, cosmetic issues. All items left our shop in VG+ or better shape. If you are concerned with this, you have to option to UPGRADE SHIPPING, to upgrade make purchase then reply to receipt and we will send invoice for upgrade amount with insurance.
- Gift Cards, Coupons or VCUP cannot be used on RSD online orders.
