SPECIAL ORDERS:
Here at Vinyl Cup we try to find the balance between top notch customer service and not being personal shoppers over the phone. SO, you can submit a request for any new vinyl record and we can track it down for you. For used, it is best to stop in with how our shop is organized.
If we dont have a record you seek on new vinyl we can order and have in 1-2 business days.

If we do have the record or can get it we will send you an invoice to reserve by paying the invoice.
SPECIAL REQUEST FORM, fill out and we will try to track down what you are looking for. Used vinyl will be the toughest but fill it out below. if we have what you are seeking or can get it you must pay a square invoice before it is ordered or locked down.
GIFT CARDS:
At Vinyl Cup, we are unique in that we offer Physical and eGift Cards that work at all of our locations.
Physical Cards can be picked up at any of our locations. They can be used for all locations! If in a town outside of where you bought the physical card just have the person let the cashier know what town it was bought in, if not no worries we will figure it out.
Giving the gift giver the best choice for that vinyl lover in their life. For eGift Cards, You can email to yourself, email to them right away or even schedule a time.
For egift Cards, Select the shop that the person you are giving the gift to would most-likely use, this speeds up the in store shopping experience and keeps it less confusing. If you don’t want one of the pre-selected amounts, click custom and enter the amount that best fits.
